In Municipal Court Friday, Floyd E. Coles, 42, Peach Alley, was sentenced to five days in jail and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.
During a video arraignment for Robert K. Barrett, 29, East Sixth Street, he was charged with criminal contempt of court and ordered to five days in jail by Judge Melissa Byers Emmerling, who said he continued to use profanity during the hearing despite numerous orders to desist. The jail term will be served consecutively with any other jail sentence he receives. A pretrial was scheduled Jan. 15 on a theft charge, with $5,000 cash/surety bond set.
Richard L. Plumm, 63, Minerva Street, was fined $65 for failure to yield.
Pretrial was scheduled Jan. 9 for Gage A. Gough, 19, Chester Avenue, charged with reckless operation and fleeing/eluding. A probation revocation hearing was also set the same day on previous convictions for failure to comply, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, driving under suspension and failure to yield.
