Greg Hyde, North Market Street, East Palestine, reported at 1:17 p.m. Monday there is an alley beside his property and it is used by trucks to deliver to a business on Wilderson Avenue. Hyde reported the trucks are making ruts in his yard and he has talked to the business owner, Bob Luketic before about the issue, but nothing has been done. Deputies told Hyde to contact his attorney due to the civil nature of the issue.

Madison Bowker, Adams Road, East Palestine, reported at 7:35 p.m. Monday sometime between Dec. 26 and Dec. 28 someone charged some items to her Home Savings debit card.

Sandy Gallo, Miller Road, Lisbon, reported at 10:31 a.m. Monday she owns a rental trailer on state Route 7 and told the tenants to leave, but they were still there along with others she did not know. Deputies explained the eviction process through County Municipal Court.

Alyssa Miller, Rochester Road, Kensington, reported at 11:16 a.m. Monday she received a birthday card in the mail, which had already been opened. She spoke to the sender of the card, who said they had placed a $100 bill in the card as a gift and it was missing. Another card in the box was not opened.
