The Review

An adult and a juvenile were taken into custody after officers pursued them on off-road vehicles Thursday. Gage Gough, no address listed, was arrested, although the specific charge was not listed on reports. It was not immediately clear if the juvenile will be charged. According to reports, an officer pursued a three-wheeled ATV and a dirt bike from the Walmart parking lot, across McGuffey Drive and into the soccer fields on McCoy Avenue, where the three-wheeler was found abandoned in the woods. The dirt bike was found hidden among some junked cars.

A Martha Street resident reported a neighbor shining lights into the bedroom window. The residents were not named in reports.

Alisser N. Gill, address not listed, reported parking her Jeep at the Calcutta YMCA while she worked and coming out to find the rear plastic window had been cut.

Officers were called to Walmart for a woman who fraudulently returned items, with an investigation continuing.

A Calcutta Woods resident reported being struck in the face by her ex-boyfriend. Although the alleged assailant was identified in the report, the woman who filed the complaint was not.

Erica Wolfe, Birch Road, reported Monday she had purchased a ring for her boyfriend and gave it to him on Christmas Eve, but when he unwrapped the gift, the box was empty, the ring missing. It was then learned a man had returned the ring to Kmart and received a refund. She was advised the procedure for filing charges.
