LISBON - Clem Joseph (Junior) Goddard, of Lisbon, passed away on Dec. 23, 2013, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.
He was born Oct., 10, 1948, in Youngstown.
Mr. Goddard was a retired Kiln operator at the Ferro Corp., of East Liverpool, and a Vietnam Veteran. He was also a Fire Fighter with the Highlandtown Fire Department.
He was the son of the late Clem Goddard of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Pauline McIntyre Goddard Cestaric whom resides in Hopewell Township, Pa., and his grandparents, Lawrence McIntyre and Opal Shupp McIntyre Loy of New Martinsville, W.Va.
He is preceded in death by his second set of parents, Don and Louise Davis of East Liverpool; a brother, Danny O. Goddard; a stepson, Robin Gamble; his former wife, Dorothy Gamble Goddard; and an aunt and uncle, Wayne and Helen (McIntyre) Hoskins of New Martinsville.
Mr. Goddard is survived by sons, Clem "Jody" Gamble and wife Patty, William Gamble and wife Melanie, Dave Gamble and wife Vickie, all of East Liverpool; two daughters, Dorie Goddard of East Liverpool, and Juile Jones and husband Rodney of Salem; a sister, Ethel Mae Utt of Lisbon; brothers, Lee Goddard and wife Korena of Cuyahoga Falls, and Lawrence Goddard of Hopewell Township, Pa.; many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and two aunts and uncles, Robert and Madeline McIntyre of Fairmont, W.Va., and Stanley and Marie McIntyre of Paden City, W.Va.
Services were held at the Arner Funeral home in Chester, W.Va., on Sat, Dec. 28, 2013.
A future memorial service is planned by the Goddard and Utt families.
