The Review
Outgoing Wellsville councilwoman Rosie Goss (second from left) was wished a fond farewell by colleagues during her final council meeting earlier this week. She was praised by Mayor Susan Haugh (second from right) for her behind-the-scenes efforts to improve the village, which she said go unnoticed by most residents. Goss thanked the mayor and her fellow trustees, some of whom asserted that she would be back on council before too long. Not present: Tonda Ross, who also was defeated in November’s election, and did not attend what would have been her final meeting as well.) (Photo by Richard Sberna)
