Lisbon Police Reports for 12-27

While on patrol Wednesday afternoon, an officer saw a street sign had been knocked over at the intersection of North Market and Spruce. There were no reports of any accidents at the intersection.

James Monteleone, state Route 45, Lisbon, backed into a vehicle belonging to Marshall Workman, Grant Street, Lisbon, in the Circle K parking lot on Thursday afternoon.

Richard A. Sweeney, 62, was backing out of his driveway on East Chestnut Street when his vehicle was struck by another vehicle driven by Dustin C. Culp, 31, Danbury Avenue, Wellsville, at 3:45 p.m. Dec. 20.

The security alarm went off at the Columbiana County Mental Health Center at 9:43 p.m. Tuesday. The building was found to be secure, and the dispatcher tried to notify the contact person with a key.
