In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, Evan J. Wooding, 26, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $600, sentenced 80 days jail, placed on two years probation and ordered to perform 50 hours community service for drug paraphernalia and three counts unauthorized use of credit cards. A driving under FRA suspension charge dismissed.
Sheila A. Rich, 55, Louisville, was fined $50 for open container.
Nickolus W. Knepper, 18, Canton, was fined $150, sentenced to 28 days jail and placed on two years probation for receiving stolen property.
Justin D. Wolfe, 23, Canton, was fined $150 for no license.
Andre Lamont Gaines, 27, Akron, failed to appear for driving under FRA suspension and tail lights.
Gary Smith, 59, Canton, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.
Rachael R. Jordan, 37, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $375, placed on two years basic probation and had her driver's license suspended 180 days for OVI first offense.
Randy Baker, 24, Grant Boulevard, Minerva, was fined $405, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years basic probation and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for OVI first offense, marked lanes and seat belt.
A Jan. 30 pretrial was set for Charisse Ricciuti, 53, Boardman, charged with speeding.
A Jan. 2 preliminary hearing was set for Lisa M. Hott, 50, Columbia Street, Salem, charged with theft.
