East Liverpool Police Reports 12-26

Kenneth Orrico, West Church Lane, reported just becoming aware that a credit card had been taken out in his name in 2006.

A woman known to Giant Eagle employees was observed removing items from the store and then fleeing on Bradshaw Avenue.

Employees of Wallover Oil, Pennsylvania Avenue, reported a vehicle had backed into their building, damaging a window and wall before fleeing the scene with the driver unidentified.

Timothy Crowe, Wilbert Avenue, reported his phone stolen from his vehicle.

Officers responding to a reported domestic found Charles Moore highly intoxicated, with injuries to his face and head, but he denied having been assaulted. He was transported to the hospital by Tri-County ambulance. The report did not include Moore's age or address.

Christina M. Hubbard, West Fourth Street, reported going back into her house while her vehicle was running with the keys in the ignition and coming back to find it gone.

Officers responded to a report of someone entering an empty Dresden Street house and found the door kicked in. The landlord later reported a DVD player and four VHS tapes taken.

Emma Weyand, McKinnon Avenue, reported several UPS packages taken from her porch, and she told police she suspects the neighbors of taking them.

Kelly Watkins, Lincoln Avenue, reported her ex-boyfriend tried to hit her with his truck while she was walking, telling officers he lives in another part of town so she knew of no reason he would be in her neighborhood.
