The Review
Bonnie La Scola looks out over the model train display at the Lou Holtz/Upper Ohio Valley Hall of Fame on Wednesday as the Polar Express (far right) rumbles by. La Scola’s brother Joe McNicol, who died two years ago, developed the O gauge layout in 2006 and dedicated it to his late wife, Judy. The downtown East Liverpool museum is giving away a Lionel Penn Flyer, an O gauge electric train valued at $300, for Christmas. Entry forms may be filled out at the museum, which will have extended hours (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on Saturday. The drawing will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday. The winner need not be present.
