An officer reported seeing Timothy V. Martin, 47, Vine Street walk in front of the Museum of Ceramics and begin urinating. According to reports, Martin was zipping up his pants while the officer was speaking to him. Martin was charged with public indecency.
Employees of Dollar General, Walnut Street, reported seeing a woman removing personal hygiene items from a box and placing them in her pocket. When confronted by officers, Bridget N. McKinnon, 27, North Street, was also reportedly found in possession of baby pain reliever and a digital thermometer from the store. McKinnon was charged with theft.
While trying to drive up Vine Street, Loretta M. Jacob, Boardman, could not move her vehicle forward and began to back down, causing it to slide into a vehicle owned by Theresa L. Zirillo, Vine Street. A vehicle driven by Matthew S. Rudder, 24, College Street then slid into the crash scene, striking Jacob's vehicle.
A vehicle driven by Christopher E. Palmer, 41, Ambrose Avenue, was struck on Lincoln Avenue by a vehicle driven by Toni T. Seilkop, 65, West Fifth Street. According to reports, Palmer had stopped for a traffic light and Seilkop thought the light had changed as she was looking into the sun and pulled forward.
