In Municipal Court Monday, Connie L. Tyson, 29, Bell Road, Lisbon, was fined $500, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, given 40 hours of community service and placed on probation two years for theft. She was given an additional 64 hours of community service in lieu of her fine.
Donna J. Potts, 24, College Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension, with a pretrial set Jan. 23 on a theft charge.
Elijah C. Johnson, 25, Niles, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $38 for left of center.
David C. Rutter, 24, New Manchester, W.Va., was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for petty theft. For driving under suspension, he was fined $75.
An expired plates charge was dismissed against Gregory A. Newlen, 24, Maple Avenue, Wellsville.
Chad D. Williams, 33, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $30 for no seat belt.
A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed against Brandon E. Stansbury, 36, Miller Road, Leetonia.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled Dec. 19 for Darwin E. Lake Jr., 29, 5th Avenue, charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, with $50,000 cash/surety bond set. He was ordered to have no conduct with minor children under the age of 18.
Pretrials were scheduled for Justin M. Buckel, 21, Blakely Street, charged with driving under suspension and no turn signal, Jan. 23; and Matthew S. Rudder, 24, 10th Street, Wellsville, theft, Jan. 8.
Second arraignments were scheduled for William R. Tatum, 36, Poland, charged with driving under suspension, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia, Dec. 18; and Shannon H. Simpson, 31, Newell, W.Va., leaving the scene, Dec. 23.
