On Nov. 27 5:20 p.m. Officers were dispatched to a West Main Street residence in reference to a potential threat being made towards a juvenile who resides there. Upon arrival officers spoke with the mother of the juvenile who stated that her child was being harassed and threatened by Breann K. Heath through Facebook and Twitter. The mother and her child were advised not to respond to any type of contact from Heath. At 9:30 p.m. Heath and her mother came to the police station to make a statement about the incident. She was informed of her rights and give a verbal and written statement admitting to sending data to the victim on Facebook. Heath claimed she did not intentionally threaten the juvenile. Heath was advised to have no contact with the victim. A summons to court for Heath was filed on Dec. 2.
On Nov. 22 police arrested Brian Orin of Wellsville on an active warrant for failure to pay child support following a traffic stop. It was also discovered that his license was suspended. He was transported to the county jail and his vehicle was towed.
