Nov. 19

Bradly Abbott, of Burgettstown, Pa.: Pleaded no contest to public intoxication and was found guilty. Fined $50 and assessed court costs. Charges of obstructing an officer and failure to fingerprint dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Ryan Talkington, of East Liverpool: Charged with driving under the influence (aggravated), defendant pleaded no contest to the lesser-included offense of DUI (non-aggravated) and was found guilty. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation with fee. Fined $400 and assessed court costs. Speeding citation dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Daniel King, of Chester: Was found guilty of use of an electronic device (cellphone) while driving. Fined $100.

Nov. 20

Cassia Strain, of Burgettstown, Pa.: Charge of driving under the influence dismissed upon successful completion of Alcohol Highway Safety program. Pleaded guilty to reckless driving. Fined $500 and assessed court costs.

Dylan Kiedrowski, of Steubenville: Pleaded guilty to driving on roadway laned for traffic. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving under the influence dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Nov. 22

Brent Gordon, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender. Sentence of one year in jail suspended. Placed on one year unsupervised probation with fee. Must perform 80 hours of community service with West Virginia State Police. Assessed court costs.

Nov. 26

Charles S. Keller, of Chester: Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Charged with driving on a suspended license (third offense), defendant pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license (second offense). Fined $250 and assessed court costs. Charge of fleeing on foot dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Ralph Gorrell, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation. Fined $50 and assessed court costs. Speeding citation dismissed at prosecutor's request.
