December 4, 2013
The Review

Called Sunday to Walmart for a theft, an officer en route passed a vehicle matching the description reportedly used in the theft and he turned to pursue it, finally getting the driver to stop on St. Clair Avenue. The driver, Summer Stillwell, 29, Chester, W.Va., said she was not aware that her passengers, Serena A. Jacobs, 21, and Gene B. Wright, 29, both of New Cumberland, W.Va., were in the store stealing items. Wright also told officers Stillwell was not involved. The store reported $187 worth of goods taken. All three were charged with theft and complicity.
