In Municipal Court Tuesday, Tremaine A. Jackson, 24, Cleveland, was fined $100 and sentenced to two jail days for falsification. For possession of drug paraphernalia, he was fined $250, sentenced to five days and had his license suspended 180 days.

Allen R. Lawson, 58, Youngstown, was fined $50 for speeding.
Shawn McNeil, 43, Newell, W.Va., was fined $75, each, for two counts of driving under suspension. He was fined $50 for open container in a motor vehicle; $30, each, for no turn signal and not having required lights; and $35 for illegal plates. A second illegal plates charge was dismissed.
A pretrial was set Dec. 10 for Steven B. Wright, 23, Railroad Street, charged with domestic violence, with $20,000 cash/surety bond set. A defense motion to lower the bond was overruled. He was ordered to have no contact with Melissa Geer.
Second pretrials were scheduled Jan. 14 for Larry W. Harris Jr., 39, McCallister Road, Lisbon, charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired license, no tail lights and two counts of driving under suspension; and for Davon M. Whitson, 23, Pennsylvania Avenue, charged with driving under suspension.
A pretrial was scheduled Jan. 9 for Everett J. Sweeney, 54, Warren Avenue, charged with driving under suspension, failure to control and illegal plates.
