The Review

Nicholas Weyand, 24, Chaffin Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification. He faces up to two years in prison, a $5,000 fine and a 10-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for Jan. 13.

According to court documents, on May 23 Weyand had a baggie containing .2 grams of cocaine and Alprazolam tablets in his front pocket, along with $75 believed to have been used in the commission of a drug-related offense.

Carol Griebenow, East Rochester, vs. Chesapeake Exploration, discovery sought about gas and oil lease.

Peter C. Johnson Jr., Summitville, vs. Larry Brogan, Kensington, et al., $385,095 sought for alleged destruction of 107 trees on Johnson's property, triple the amount of estimated damages of $128,095, plus additional money for clean up of debris left behind.
