In Municipal Court Tuesday, Dallion S. Elkins, 19, homeless, was sentenced to five days in jail and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tyler E. Fullerton, 19, Walnut Street, was fined $250, sentenced to 90 days, 85 suspended and placed on probation two years for theft. He was sentenced to two days for obstructing official business.
Cliff R. Haight, 66, Toronto, was fined $100 for failure to file sales tax.
A domestic violence charge was amended to disorderly conduct charge against Mark R. Smith II, 27, who was fined $150.
A trial was set Nov. 13 for Steven J. Wright, 23, Railroad Street, charged with possession of marijuana.
Trial was set Nov. 26 for Justin D. Gunther, 32, Boyd Road, Wellsville, charged with obstructing official business and left of center.
Trial was set Nov. 26 for Gregory A. Brown Jr., 19, Steubenville-Pike Road, Lisbon, charged with speeding.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled Oct. 24 for Robert G. Doak, 36, Alliance, charged with domestic violence. Bond was set at $50,000, and he was ordered to have no contact with Jillian Mercer. A pretrial will be held the same day in a theft charge.
