In Municipal Court Friday, Edward A. Torres, 32, state Route 518, Lisbon, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.
Michael McKeever, 50, Lisbon Street, was sentenced to three jail days that had been originally imposed for an OVI charge after he reportedly failed to complete a three-day Steering Clear program. He was also ordered to eight days in jail for non-payment of $365 in fines. For a driving under suspension charge, he was fined $250, sentenced to 60 days, 57 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years. For no turn signal, he was fined $30.
A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against Jessica M. Wooten, 25, Lisbon Street. She was fined $30 for a marked lanes violation, and a second arraignment was set Oct. 23 on an unsafe vehicle charge.
Tyler E. Fullerton, 19, Walnut Street, was fined $250, sentenced to 90 days, 85 suspended, and placed on two years probation for theft. On a charge of obstructing official business, a second arraignment was set Oct. 22.
Elvon R. Tisdale, 23, Trentvale Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension, second offense, and $30 for left of center.
Kyle C. Taylor, 42, Aliquippa, Pa., was fined $150 for driving under suspension and $30 for no turn signal.
William F. Show, 26, 1st Street, was fined $100 for speeding, with a driving under suspension charge dismissed.
Brandon E. Williams, 19, Kelly Avenue, was fined $40 for speeding, with an unsafe vehicle charge dismissed.
Crystal Holt, 27, Harvey Avenue, was fined $30 for no seat belt.
Chad J. Virtue, 34, Toronto, was fined $50 for speeding.
Megan G. Wilson, 24, Diamond Street, Irondale, was fined $30 for speeding, third offense.
Second arraignments were set for Dallion S. Elkins, 19, homeless, who is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, Oct. 22; and Michael A. Smith, 27, Thompson Park Road, driving under suspension, Nov. 1.
Pretrial was scheduled Nov. 7 for Gregory A. Todd, 42, East Sixth Street, charged with theft, his 11th offense.
