Called Saturday to a possible domestic on Montana Avenue, officers spoke with John Lisk, who said his ex-wife had driven off with their children and she was drunk. He also admitted having drank several beers, according to reports. Mrs. Lisk drove back into the yard and denied drinking, and officers administered field sobriety tests which she reportedly passed. She asked officers to view videos she said showed her husband mentally abusing their children, and officers reported they showed Mr. Lisk screaming and hovering over his son. While Mrs. Lisk was determined not to be intoxicated, she consented to having her parents come and retrieve the children.
Christina Stover, North Shady Lane, reported receiving harassing texts and phone calls from her ex-boyfriend.
Stephen Banfield, River Road, reported a tire taken from his boat trailer.
Tyrone Blissett, Saint George Street, reported having problems with his girlfriend and told officers he wanted her removed from the home. However, since she has lived their more than a year, officers advised he would have to institute eviction proceedings.
Jenny Dalrymple, Wilbert Avenue, asked an officer to stand by as she got her child from the school bus due to a neighbor's friend issuing threats. The officer encountered no problems at the bus stop.
Dennis L. Long, no address listed, reported being assaulted by his girlfriend.

A rear window was broken out of a vehicle owned by Jerry K. Everson, while it was parked on Market Street. He told officers a person he knows broke the window.

A cable was cut, allowing a mountain bike owned by Ed Davis, Moore Street, to be taken.
Tina M. Piatt, Etruria Street, reported receiving online messages and notes on her car from a woman she knows, advising her to stay away from another person.
A couple brought an 18-month-old child they babysit to the police station, showing officers a severe diaper rash. The couple said the rash clears up when they watch the child but reappears when he is back with his mother. They documented past episodes with photos.
Jamie L. Metz, no address listed, reported being stalked and harassed at work and home by two women she knows.
