In Municipal Court Wednesday, James N. McCauley, 33, Cadmus Street, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days, 150 suspended and placed on probation two years for telecommunications harassment.
William L. Clemons, 44, Youngstown, was fined $300 for speeding.
Easter M. Abernathy, 26, Cleveland, was fined $350, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for speeding, sixth offense.
Bryan A. Veglia Jr., 21, Ruth Street, was fined $100, each, on charges of driving under suspension and disregard to safety. For failure to comply, he was sentenced to 90 jail days and had his license suspended 180 days. A charge of no safety equipment was dismissed.
Susan I. Pritt, 29, East Sixth Street, was sentenced to five days in jail for passing bad checks, with a theft charge dismissed.
A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against John P. Dunlap Jr., 29, 9th Street, Wellsville.
Brandi L. Haines, 32, state Route 45, Salem, was fined $35 for illegal plates.
Ashley N. Wilson, 29, Steubenville, was fined $70 for speeding.
An expired plates charge was dismissed against Amanda L. Fulmer, 25, Purinton Avenue.
Arraignment was set Oct. 22 for Paula A. Falk, 42, Courtland Drive, Chester, W.Va., charged with speeding.
A trial was scheduled Oct. 24 for Gerald B. Ward, 57, Saint George Street, charged with speeding and expired plates.
Michael M. Ordich, 20, Shippingport, Pa., was fined $40 for speeding.
In Municipal Court Thursday, an assault charge was amended to disorderly conduct against Randy K. Beckwith, 23, LaCroft Avenue, who was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years.
A pretrial was scheduled Nov. 7 for Richard T. Wright, 18, Lisbon Street, charged with theft.
