In Municipal Court Tuesday, Richard P. Austin III, 23, Saint George Street, was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for criminal trespass.
Damien M. Paolino, 29, Echo Dell Road, Rogers, was fined $100 and sentenced to 90 days, each, on charges of resisting arrest and obstructing official business. For possession of drug paraphernalia, he was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days and had his license suspended 180 days. He was fined $50 for expired operator's license.
Megan G. Wilson, 23, Diamond Street, Irondale, was fined $200 and sentenced to 15 jail days for obstructing official business. She was fined $150 and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed. She was fined $30 for no turn signal.
Bristen Lavant, 18, Martin Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, was given 40 hours of community service and placed on probation two years for prohibitions. He was given 20 hours of community service in lieu of his fine.
Charged as a fugitive from justice, Sherry L. Smith, 29, Thompson Park Road, waived her right to an extradition hearing and was ordered returned to Hancock County, W.Va., where she is wanted for welfare fraud.
Jeremiah L. Crow, 33, Lisbon Street, was fined $125 for no operator's license. He was fined $30 for no seat belt.
Sentencing was scheduled Oct. 16 for James N. McCauley, 32, Cadmus Street, who was found guilty of telephone harassment.
Nathan R. Nightingale, 34, Y&O Road, was fined $50 for speeding, with a driving under suspension charge dismissed.
Second arraignment was scheduled Oct. 22 for Cliff R. Haight, 66, Toronto, charged with failure to file sales tax from July 2010 to August 2013 on his business at 16136 state Route 170, Calcutta.
Second arraignment was set Oct. 22 for Charles W. Watts, 48, Grimms Bridge Road, charged with OVI, second offense, endangering children, failure to control and no seat belt.
Pretrial was scheduled Nov. 7 for Matthew A. Shilling, Shilling Drive, Chester, W.Va., charged with criminal damaging.
