John C. Taylor, Walnut Street, Salem, was fined $325, required 50 hours community service and had his license suspended for 180 days for unsafe vehicle, no turn signals, possession of marijuana and obstructing official business for placing marijuana into his mouth in an attempt to destroy it.
An Oct. 31 pretrial was set for Dillon David Douglas Vizi, 21, Campbell, charged with OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, OVI first offense and failure to control.
A Nov. 7 pretrial was set for Robert M. Rice, 29, West Perry Street, Salem, charged with disregard for safety on private property and abusing harmful intoxicants for allegedly sucking on a can of Ultra Duster while doing doughnuts in the rear lot of American Standard off New Garden Avenue in Salem on Sept. 24. Rice was reportedly the driver of the vehicle. Additionally, a pretrial was set for an unrelated assured clear distance citation also from Sept. 24.
A Nov. 7 pretrial was set for Thomas A. Ripley, 19, North Howard Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension and possession of a controlled substance for marijuana allegedly found in clear plastic baggie his vehicle.
A Nov. 12 pretrial was set for Robert L. Matthews Jr., 41, Somer Street, Leetonia, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for allegedly taking his bosses pickup after his vehicle ran out of gas.
A Nov. 12 pretrial was set for Paul P. Billman, 42, Canton, cited with hit skip and failure to control for allegedly flipping his vehicle on an embankment off the side of U.S. Route 30 on Sept. 14.
A Dec. 9 pretrial was set for James M. Brienzo, 40, Barberton, cited with driving under FRA suspension and speeding.
A Dec. 10 pretrial was set for Richard A. Sigley, 51, last known address West Clark Street, East Palestine, charged with assault for allegedly twisting Cynthia Williams' arm and slamming her head off the bed on Tuesday.
A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for Alyssa L. Williams, 28, U.S. Route 62, Alliance, charged with criminal trespassing for allegedly going to another lot in the same trailer park more than once, knocking on the doors and windows after she had been asked to leave.
In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Friday, Jacob Clapper, 23, Osbourne Avenue NE, Alliance, was fined $705, had his license suspended for 180 days and ordered to take a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Candace Shuman, 35, Samuel Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Kathy Fox, 53, Cusick Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.
An Oct. 15 pretrial was set for Darryl M. Pudder, 40, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, charged with assault for allegedly punching Matt Juillerat in the face on Thursday.
A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for Kristopher Shawn Alspaugh, 22, Washington Avenue, Alliance, was charged with OVI second offense, OVI controlled substance, driving under OVI suspension, failure to control and possession instruments to ingest and inhale controlled substance.
