Nevin W. Sweger, 33, Carlisle, Pa pleaded no contest to charges of reckless operation and a marked lane violation. Sweger was found guilty of reckless operation and fined $150. The marked lanes charge was dismissed with prejudice.
Bryan P. Malone, 25, East Liverpool pleaded no contest to criminal trespassing and was found guilty. He was fined $150, placed on 2 years of unsupervised probation and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 suspended.
