A woman accused of stealing money for elderly residents of a residential care center in Lisbon was one of three people served with secret indictments issued in September by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury.
Annette L. Sell, 47, North Third Street, Toronto, is charged a third-degree felony theft for allegedly depriving the residents account at the Vista Center of between $7,500 and $37,500 between May 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013.
In an unrelated matter, Gene B. Wright, 29, New Cumberland, W.Va., is charged with possession of drugs and illegal conveyance of a drug on the grounds of a detention facility for allegedly having heroin inside a St. Clair Township holding cell on Jan. 19.
Shawn E. Koontz, 53, Mick Road, Wellsville, is charged with three counts of possession of drugs for allegedly having Psilocyn, Hydrocodone and Diazepam in his possession on May 26.
Two Wellsville area residents were served secret indictments this week, which were issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in September.
Stacie L. Saracco, 23, 18th Street, Wellsville, was served a secret indictment for a burglary charge, a third-degree felony. According to court documents, Saracco trespassed into the home of Richard Zacharias, Crews Road, Wellsville, on July 22.
William S. Athey Jr., 33, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, was served a secret indictment for possession of drugs with a specification. According to court documents he had marijuana exceeding 200 grams, but less than a kilogram in his possession on Aug. 23, 2012. He also had $700 in his possession. The charge is a fifth-degree felony.
Three secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in September were served this week.
David A. Tedder, 49, last known address Rose Avenue, Salem, is charged with burglary, a second-degree felony. According to court documents, Tedder is accused of trespassing into the Dental Health Group, East State Street, Salem, with the purpose of committing a criminal offense on June 2, 2013.
Rameon J. Sumlin, 23, Penn Avenue, East Liverpool, is charged with two counts of possession of drugs for allegedly having cocaine in his possession on both Aug. 24, 2012 and Nov. 26, 2012.
Raymond D. Sykes, 24, Youngstown, is charged with trafficking in drugs for cocaine allegedly in his possession in the vicinity of a school on June 8, 2010.
