The boy had chewing gum in his hair and was cold when officers arrived, and he told them he had come to that area to play because his mom and dad were sleeping. His father told officers the boy was supposed to be with his teenage sister, but she was not around, according to reports. The child was returned to his parents with a warning that any other such incident would result in child endangering charges being filed.
