In Municipal Court Friday, Thomas B. Wells, 29, Ohio River Boulevard, Chester, W.Va., was fined $75, each, on two counts of driving under suspension and $30, each, on charges of failure to signal, stop sign and no seat belt. A pretrial was scheduled Oct. 3 on a charge of fleeing/eluding and officer, with bond set at $2,500.
Matthew W. Bigelow, 20, Macrum Street, was fined $250 for following too closely.
Susan B. Robbie, 43, state Route 517, Lisbon, was fined $50 for speeding.
A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Michelle D. Helton, 43, St. Clair Avenue, after the alleged victim declined to testify.
Sentencing was set Oct. 1 for William E. Show, 32, Fairview Street, who pleaded no contest to two counts of intoxication.
Trials were set Oct. 30 for Melissa R. McCartney, 33, Oak Street, Salem and for Jodi Murphy, 49, Blue Sky Drive, Chester, W.Va., both charged with speeding.
Pretrials were scheduled for Cara L. Helton, aka Bradford, 22, Blakeley Street, charged with two counts of endangering children, Oct. 24; Jeffrey S. Barnett, 31, Michigan Avenue, obstructing official business, leaving the scene, expired operator's license and failure to control, Oct. 24; Amanda G. O'Brien, 21, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, OVI, driving under suspension, failure to control and no seat belt, Oct. 24; Gene B. Wright, 29, New Cumberland, W.Va., possession of drug abuse instruments and two counts of obstructing official business, Oct. 30; Serena A. Jacobs, 20, New Manchester, W.Va., obstructing official business, Oct. 10; and Chelsea L. Curran, 21, Globe Street, domestic violence, Oct. 29.
