Officers were called to the emergency room where Teresa L. Davis, 42, 6th Avenue, was being treated for injuries reportedly suffered in a domestic dispute. Davis told them she and her husband, Noah J. Davis, 50, same address, had been arguing all evening and a shoving match ensued. He reportedly pinned her to the floor and tightened his hands around her neck, saying, "Die, (expletive), die." She was able to get away and walked to the hospital. While talking to officers, Mrs. Davis received a call from her husband and officers took the call. He told them he was at a LaCroft business, but wasn't there when officers arrived. He was later charged with domestic violence.
