In Municipal Court Wednesday, Kimberly A. Beatty, 21, Ohio Avenue, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, suspended, had her license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for possession of drug abuse instruments. The two syringes were ordered destroyed.
David J. Nonamaker, 36, Lisbon Street, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct/intoxication.
Lewis T. Bennett, 65, Smithfield Street, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
Lena M. Tivis, 42, Maine Boulevard, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.
Second arraignment was scheduled Oct. 3 for Michael W. Quinn, 37, Valley Avenue, charged with menacing, theft, possession of criminal tools and domestic violence. He was ordered to have no contact with Thelma Quinn.
Pretrial was scheduled Oct. 22 for Justin D. Gunther, 32, Boyd Road, Wellsville, charged with obstructing official business and left of center.
Second pretrial was scheduled Oct. 3 for Bryan A. Veglia Jr., 21, Ruth Street, charged with failure to comply with a police officer's order, driving under suspension, reckless operation and no motorcycle safety equipment.
Pretrial was scheduled Oct. 3 for Noah J. Davis, 50, 6th Avenue, charged with domestic violence.
A pretrial was continued for Christopher Hermey, 27, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, until Oct. 16 because he was out of town due to his employment. He is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, OVI and no front plate.
