Gary Mason Jr., 39, Nevada Street, Wellsville, was sentenced to 167 days in jail for two counts of violating a temporary protection order for being on or near Peggy Powell's front porch on Aug. 25 and Sept. 5.
Thomas R. Entrikin, 62, McKinley Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $150 for hit skip and failure to control.
Brandi L. Cope, 20, Holmes Wood Drive, Winona, was fined $100 and required 50 hours community service for wrongful entrustment.
Peter D. Fiest, 40, Sprucevale Road, Rogers, was fined $100 and had his license suspended for six months for drug paraphernalia for a marijuana smoking pipe.
Melissa Lockhart, 38, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.
Rebecca Seaton, 51, Laurel Court, Salem, was fined $50 and credited $50 for one day served in jail for refusing entry to an enforcement officer. According to court documents, Seaton refused to allow Salem housing inspectors into her apartment on three prescheduled appointment dates.
An Oct. 28 pretrial was set for James K. Colian Jr., 26, West Pershing Street, Salem, charged with drug paraphernalia for alleged possession of a digital scale with heroin residue on it, OVI first offense, left of center and failure to display a valid sticker.
An Oct. 31 pretrial was set for Richard E. Parrish, 41, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, charged with criminal damaging and criminal trespassing after he allegedly went to a Logtown Road, Lisbon, property on Thursday, refused to leave when asked by the property owner and slashed tires on a vehicle on the property.
A Nov. 12 pretrial was set for Michael L. Lantz, 28, Summit Street, Salem, cited with driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.
A Nov. 19 pretrial was set for Corey D. Cope, 22, Sherman Street, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension, use of an unauthorized plate and failure to display a valid sticker.
