In Municipal Court Wednesday, Patrick L. Hagerty Jr., 28, Florence Street, was sentenced to 30 jail days for each of four charges, passing bad checks, third offense; OVI; hit-skip, second offense; and driving under suspension, third offense. For the OVI charge, he also had his license suspended 180 days. A disorderly conduct/intoxication charge was dismissed.
A possession of drug paraphernalia charge was amended to disorderly conduct against Charles R. Cornell, 47, Valley Drive, who was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years.
William C. Ikard II, 34, unknown address, was fined $20 for no seat belt.
Christine L. Hughes, 40, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $65 for speeding in a school zone, second offense.
A second arraignment was scheduled Sept. 25 for Aaron M. Thornberry, 29, Woodbine Avenue, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Pretrial was scheduled for Jason M. Sandy, New Cumberland, W.Va., charged with receiving stolen property and obstructing official business, second offense, with a probation revocation hearing set the same day from an earlier obstructing conviction.
Pretrial was scheduled Sept. 26 for David W. Locke, 34, Guy Road, Lisbon, charged with receiving stolen property and obstructing official business.
Pretrial was scheduled Oct. 15 for Tremain A. Jackson, 24, Cleveland, charged with falsification and possession of drug paraphernalia.
