A caller reported a couple were arguing loudly as they walked along North Market Street near the Vista Center entrance at 3 a.m. Saturday. An officer spoke with Fred Levenhagen and Marie Heninger, who said there was no problem.
Christen Bailey reported at 7:50 p.m. Sunday she went to visit Terry Wolf at his home on West Pine Street and saw him with another woman upon her arrival. Bailey said she confronted Wolf and he threatened to punch her if she did not leave.
Corey M. Adams, 21, Center Avenue, was cited for assured cleared distance after he drove into the rear of a stopped vehicle driven by Roger L. Divine, 65, of Jefferson, at the intersection of Market and Lincoln Way at 5:29 p.m. Friday.
Crystal Holloway and Richard Parrish, both of whom live on West Lincoln Way, reported Friday they were being harassed by phone by their former boyfriend and girlfriend, respectively. When police learned the call occurred outside of town, the couple was told they needed to contact the sheriff's office.
Mary Shaulis, West Chestnut Street, reported Friday she believes someone is keeping her mail from her. Shaulis said her mother mailed her a gift card for her birthday to her old address at a different location on West Chestnut Street and the new occupant, Nicole Hilton, said she does not have her mail. An officer spoke with Hilton, who again said had not received her mail.
