Two men arrested during a search of an Anderson Boulevard home Wednesday appeared in East Liverpool Municipal Court Friday.
Allen C. Jackson, 21, East Cleveland, had second arraignment scheduled Sept. 18 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arraignment was set Sept. 18 for Tremaine A. Jackson, 24, Cleveland, charged with falsification and possession of drug paraphernalia. The court ordered Jackson be held for Cuyahoga County, where he has outstanding warrants.
Second arraignment was also scheduled Sept. 18 for Larry W. Harris Jr., 39, state Route 172, Lisbon, charged with expired operator's license, no tail lights, driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police reported he was on his way to the house on Anderson Boulevard that had been raided earlier in the day when he was stopped for the traffic violations.
Mary Hilditch, Lisbon Street, was fined $50 for dog running at large.
Derinda M. Sarvey, 34, Christian Place, was fined $40 for speeding.
Janet J. Bell, 43, Sixteen School Road, Wellsville, was fined $40 for speeding.
Terry A. Sims, 42, Henry Avenue, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.
Anna Allen, no age or address listed, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.
Shannon M. Pearson, 31, Eighth Avenue, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.
Second arraignments were scheduled Sept. 30 for Nathan R. Nightingale, 34, Y&O Road, charged with driving under suspension and speeding, Sept. 30 and for Shawn A. Underwood, 38, Palm Lane, Chester, W.Va., driving under suspension, second offense, no turn signal and expired plates.
