In Municipal Court Thursday, Carl C. Payne, 59, Maplewood Avenue, was sentenced to 180 jail days for theft, second offense, and to 90 jail days for criminal damaging.
Jamie Rickerd, 26, 7th Avenue, was fined $150 and sentenced to 10 days in jail for resisting arrest, with a domestic violence charge dismissed after the alleged victim refused to cooperate with the state.
Charged as a fugitive from justice, Douglas E. Gill, 32, Duke Road, was ordered extradited to Pennsylvania, where he is wanted for violating a protection order.
Mitzi S. Stoddard, Lincoln Avenue, was sentenced to 15 jail days and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia. On a second count of possession of drug paraphernalia, she was fined $100 and had her license suspended 180 days. For driving under suspension, she was fined $250, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and placed on probation two years, with 32 hours of community service ordered in lieu of her fine. For not having required lights, she was fined $30, with four hours of community service assigned in lieu of the fine. A charge of no front plate was dismissed.
Jenny L. Olmstead, 37, Avondale Street, was fined $200, sentenced to 180days, 120 suspended, and placed on probation two years for a seventh theft offense.
Dustin C. Hambleton, 29, Y&O Road, Wellsville, was fined $100, sentenced to two jail days and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.
A second offense domestic violence charge was dismissed against Jeronn M. Bell, 37, Pennsylvania Avenue after the alleged victim failed to cooperate with the prosecution.
Amy L. Corak, 33, Yeager Drive, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had her license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for possession of drug abuse instruments. For theft, she was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended and placed on probation two years, with 20 hours of community service assigned in lieu of her fine.
An assault charge was dismissed against Christopher A. Dorsey, 32, Erie Street due to the alleged victim's whereabouts being unknown.
Derek R. Bragg, 23, Newell, W.Va., was sentenced to 60 days, each, for falsification, theft, second offense, and possession of drug instruments.
Pretrial was scheduled Sept. 19 for John Lockett III, 36, Saint George Street, charged with aggravated menacing, failure to confine/restrain a dog and barking/howling dog. His bond was set at $10,000 on the menacing charge.
A trial was set Oct. 8 for McDean Shreve, 42, Staunton Avenue, charged with possession of marijuana and driving under suspension.
Jury trials were scheduled for Robert K. Barrett, 29, East Sixth Street, charged with criminal damaging, Sept. 19 and for Angela S. Walsh, 33, Trentvale Street, charged with assault, Nov. 21.
