YOUNGSTOWN-Patrick A. Bailey, 59 of Youngstown and formerly of East Liverpool passed away at his home on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013 after becoming suddenly ill.
He was a son of the late Okey W. and Frances E. Humphreys Bailey and was born in East Liverpool on June 25, 1954.
He served 22 years in the US Army and attained the rank of First Sargent. Later he was a chef at Bumpers restaurant in Youngstown.
Mr. Bailey was a graduate of East Liverpool High School and served several years in the US Army Reserves following his discharge from the regular Army.
He leaves his wife, Ann Bailey at home, three daughters, Melissa Wolfley of Winterset, Ohio; Melanie Michalos of Wintersville, Ohio; and Marcella Travis of Rogers. Two grandchildren also survive.
Pastor Tom Schneidmiller will celebrate Mr. Bailey's life on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester where friends are welcome to visit with the family from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the services at 6. Interment will take place the following day at Riverview Cemetery.
