In Municipal Court Tuesday, James R. Lamp, 38, Foundry Hill Road, Summitville, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $30 for no seat belt, with an unsafe vehicle charge dismissed. He was given 14 hours of community service in lieu of his fines.
Lorrie A. Banister, 45, Plymouth Street, Hanoverton, was fined $150 and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $75 for disorderly conduct, with a charge of intoxication dismissed.
A possession of marijuana charge was dismissed against Santino Hipsley, 21, state Route 39, Salineville, due to certain evidentiary issues.
Brandon H. Collins, 28, Industry, Pa., was fined $30 for failure to signal, with a seat belt charge dismissed.
Jerry L. Dunham, 39, Wedgewood Street, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sheena Rhodes, 27, Cadmus Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension, with an unsafe vehicle charge dismissed.
A driving under suspension charge was amended to no operator's license against Daniel L. West, 38, Roslyn Avenue, Wellsville, who was fined $100. He was fined $65 for failure to control, and a charge of obstructing official business was dismissed.
Michael A. Lujan, 25, Cannons Mill Road, was fined $40 for speeding.
A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed against Sherri L. Lanam, 25, Kent Street.
A charge of violating a protection order was dismissed against Paul L. Alford, 42, Lewis Road, Chester, W.Va.
Pretrials were scheduled for Mitzi S. Stoddard, 24, Lincoln Avenue, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, Sept. 12; Jerry L. Goodwin, 34, St. Clair Avenue, falsification, second offense, Sept. 5; Nathan L. Kapp, 23, Kelly Avenue, domestic violence, criminal damaging, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, Sept. 5; and Christopher A. Dorsey, 32, Erie Street, assault, Sept. 5.
A trial was set Oct. 8 for Hope A. Ingram, 20, 6th Avenue, charged with prohibitions.
Second arraignment was scheduled Sept. 10 for DaNeil U. Prentice, 21, Wedgewood Street, charged with obstructing official business.
