Officers stopped a vehicle on Sixth Street for no brake lights and reported smelling the odor of marijuana from inside. The driver, Perry A. Ross, 18, reportedly said he had smoked some earlier, and officers found two marijuana blunts and three small buds in the console. Ross was charged with possession of marijuana and unsafe vehicle.

An Ohio Highway Patrol trooper was flagged down on Fourth Street by Rebecca Board, age and address not listed, who reported a domestic situation. City officers responded and said Board reported a man she knows began verbally abusing her in a vehicle and she got out and walked to that location. The man then caught up with her and knocked her head and face off the vehicle, Board told police, who said she had visible marks and swelling. She just wanted a report completed, not wanting to get anyone into trouble.
Giant Eagle employees reported seeing Jenny Olmstead, no age or address listed, placing something in her pocket. She handed over the item outside the store. Officers found her walking on Bradshaw Avenue and told her she was no longer allowed on the Giant Eagle property.
While watching a known drug house on McKinnon Avenue, officers reported seeing a vehicle leave without signaling and initiated a traffic stop. The driver consented to a search of the vehicle, with no drugs found. However, he was found to have suspected drugs in his shoes and was in possession of a large sum of money, which was seized. The suspected drugs were sent for testing. The driver was not identified in reports.
Michael A. Oliver, 45, no address listed, was charged with disorderly conduct/intoxication after people reported him at Broadway Wharf with his pants down. Oliver told officers they fell accidentally as he was headed for the restroom while he was at the wharf feeding ducks. Officers asked a friend to take him in, but the friend did not want to deal with Oliver due to him being intoxicated, according to reports. He was arrested and taken to county jail.
