EAST LIVERPOOL - City police were called to the Oasis late Thursday after a man reportedly threatened to "shoot up the place."
Police Chief John Lane said Friday when police arrived they found Jamaar Pullie, First Street, Wellsville, who was making threats and had blood down the front of his clothing. He reportedly refused to cooperate with police, who ended up tasing him twice in order to take him into custody at about midnight.
Pullie was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing official business and transported him to jail, where he did not remain for long.
Lane said Pullie appeared Friday morning in East Liverpool Municipal Court and pleaded guilty to the charges. An acting judge sentenced Pullie to 30 days in jail with 29 suspended and credited him with one day served, although he had not yet served 24 hours.
