Robert Stewart, East Liverpool Road, East Liverpool, reported at 9:45 p.m. Monday there was shooting in the area of the state Routes 7 and U.S. 30 Superette. Deputies checked the area, but did not locate any shooting.
Jesse Lynch, Echo Valley Road, East Liverpool, reported at 10:19 p.m. Monday the neighbors across the road were fighting. Deputies spoke to John Shields and Tina George, who had been drinking and were arguing about a broken cell phone. There were no signs of violence. Deputies gave George a ride to her home on Lincoln Street.
Kelly Supek, Struthers, reported at 5:48 p.m. Monday her 21-year-old daughter dropped off friends in the Salem area and was supposed to come straight back to her New Waterford home, but had not returned. Deputies checked the area between New Waterford and Salem, but did not see the young woman or her car.
Adele Lake, Whipporwhill Avenue, Hanoverton, reported at 6:24 p.m. Monday she heard a gunshot in the area of Whipporwhill and Geurla Street. Deputies checked the area, but did not find anyone shooting.
Bill Brown, Youngstown Pittsburgh Road, Petersburg, reported at 9:48 a.m. Tuesday his uncle is driving truck out of town and Brown had found his uncle's SUV had a broken rear tail light. It appeared someone backed into the SUV, which was parked near the intersection of Boardman Street and state Route 45 near New Waterford.
Elsie Duncan, Oak Grove Road, Salineville, called with a suspicious vehicle complaint at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday. A deputy searched the area but failed to find any suspicious vehicles.
Michelle Pienazek, Elkton Road, Lisbon, reported seeing a strange vehicle in her neighbor's driveway on Wednesday afternoon and then later leave. She was told to call back if the vehicle returned.
A Hanoverton-area man reported at 5:11 p.m. Wednesday he needed a deputy to meet him at a home on Center Avenue, Lisbon, because his 17-year-old daughter was refusing to go with him. The girl said she was pregnant and did not want the stress, but the deputy told her so had to leave with her father, which she did.
