In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Thomas D. Pitts, 30, Foundry Hill Road, Salineville, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a receiving stolen property charge. Court documents allege Pitts sometime in July, Pitts took a handgun, a shotgun, scopes and ammunition from his mother and father's home.
Dustin M. Rogers, 22, Woodland Avenue, Salem, was fined $300 for driving under FRA suspension and two counts of no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.
Kelly Emmerling, 51, Grimms Bridge Road, East Liverpool, was fined $200, required 30 hours community service and credited with three days in jail served for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for hitting Heidi Wheeler, the mother of his child, in the face and throwing her across the room causing her to hit her head on Aug. 2.
Vessie L. Ward, 26, Washington Street, Salem, was credited with five days served in jail and sentenced to an additional 25 days for theft for stealing a box of clothing, which was delivered to another person on Aug. 15. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.
Tyler A. Mann, 21, North Canton, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from driving under FRA suspension.
Eugene E. Street, 42, Baltimore, Md., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from commercial speeding.
Chad D. Williams, 33, state Route 45, West Point, was fined $100 for open container.
An Aug. 22 pretrial was set for Robert J. Adams, 62, South Mahoning Avenue, Alliance, charged with criminal trespassing for allegedly being in the home on property on South Mahoning Avenue, Alliance, where he had been evicted.
A Sept. 16 pretrial was set for David J. Felger, 24, West Martin Street, East Palestine, cited with driving under suspension and a tail lights violation.
A Sept. 19 pretrial was set for Patti K. Colon, 41, Butler Mobile Park, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting and scratching Chris Miller, her live-in boyfriend, on Friday.
A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for Robert J. Kesseg, 44, Valley Road, Damascus, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
A Sept. 30 pretrial was set for Justin M. Anderson, 25, Lake Park Boulevard, Sebring, charged with theft for fleeing WalMart in Salem into a waiting car on Saturday while taking a 46-inch television. An Oct. 3 pretrial was set for his alleged accomplice, Jordan A. Flaker, 22, Lake Park Boulevard, Sebring, charged with complicity to commit theft and criminal trespassing for allegedly being in the vehicle, opening the car door for Anderson and being on WalMart property after being served in May with a trespass order against being there. A Sept. 16 pretrial was set for Derrik A. Bruce, 26, Lake Park Boulevard, Sebring, cited with driving under FRA suspension, complicity to commit theft and criminal trespassing. Bruce was the alleged driver of the get away vehicle and also was previously told in May not to return to the WalMart.
A Sept. 30 pretrial was set for Dale E. Dennison, West Chestnut Street, Lisbon, 23, charged with assault for allegedly hitting his girlfriend, Keri Davis, by striking her in the mouth and throwing her to the ground on Sunday.
An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for James F. Hill Jr., 36, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching his wife, Ashley Hill in the mouth on Saturday.
An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Jennifer A. Beyer, 34, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, cited with a one-way street violation.
An Oct. 7 pretrial was set for Franklin D. Helton, 68, Pinewood Drive, East Palestine, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
