In East Liverpool Municipal Court Monday, Terry A. Sims, 43, Henry Avenue, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days, 150 suspended, and placed on probation two years for domestic violence.

Ricky Sallis, 47, Midland, Pa., was fined $75 for a parental responsibility violation.

Crystal L. Straight, 50, Pennsylvania Avenue Extension, was fined $50 for swimming where prohibited.

David H. Gamble, 49, Avondale Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

Rebecca Sisco, 25, West Fourth Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

William J. Davidson, 25, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

Roger M. Jones, 19, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $100 for speeding.

David Lee Wright, 24, Irondale, was fined $150 for failure to control.

Christopher T. Bell, 37, West Fourth Street, was fined $75 for a parental responsibility violation.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled Aug. 6 for Glenn D. Bates, 28, Bradshaw Avenue, charged with possession of drugs cocaine, with recognizance bond set at $15,000.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled July 11 for Kenneth A. Bragg, 20, Pennsylvania Avenue Extension, charged with domestic violence, fourth offense. Bond was increased from $20,000 to $35,000 cash/surety. Probation revocation hearings were set the same day on two earlier domestic violence convictions.

Trial was set July 23 for Ronald G. Dailey, 39, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, charged with driving without due regard to safety.

Trial was set July 23 for Mark A. Freeman, 23, Main Street, Wellsville, charged with failure to yield.

Pretrials were set for Steven E. Griffin, 39, Gromley Road, Salem, charged with domestic violence, July 30; Timothy Meece, Dresden Avenue, domestic violence, July 18; Curtis E. Rogers, 34, Princeton Avenue, domestic violence, July 18; Kimberly K. Dunn, Beaver Falls, Pa., OVI, seat belt and failure to display plate, Aug. 1; and Tiffany G. Walls, 32, Ogden Street, theft, July 18.
