In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Sheila M. Wesson, 38, Austintown, stipulated to having violated the terms of her probation. She pleaded guilty to theft on Sept. 18, 2009 and sentenced to four years probation. The probation will now be extended an additional year, expiring on June 18, 2014.
According to court documents, Wesson's theft offense involved collecting premiums from customers of the Beltempo Insurance Co. in 2007 and failing to post them to the accounts resulting in the thefts of $8,626.
