In Municipal Court Wednesday, a driving under suspension charge was amended to no operator's license against Michelle D. Helton, 42, St. Clair Avenue, who was fined $75. She was fined $65 for improper backing.
A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Nicholas L. Weyand, 24, Chaffin Avenue, due to inability to contact the alleged victim.
A charge of failing to file income tax returns was dismissed against Candida Carman, Erie Street.
A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against Connie L. Call, 43, Gaddes Street.
The judge ordered that Kevin J. Frederick, 43, Monaca Street, be allowed to reinstate his driver's license at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, even though it is currently suspended, with all restrictions to continue. A second arraignment was set June 28 on charges of driving under suspension and stop sign.
A second pretrial was scheduled June 11 for Shane Kantsis, 20, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence.
Pretrial was scheduled May 30 for Kevin L. Reynolds, 39, 7th Avenue, charged with menacing by stalking. Cash/surety bond was set at $20,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with Sonya Shasteen, Bricker's or Woodland Hills and to possess no firearms.
