A motorist in a gray Buick drove off from Smith Oil without paying $15 in gas at 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
Anthony Barbero, 32, of Austintown, was charged Saturday with one count of receiving stolen property and two counts of using a stolen credit card. Barbero is charged with possessing a GPS device stolen from Lexi Achberger. He is also accused of using Achberger's stolen credit cards to purchase a combined $466 in cigarettes from the Valley View in Lisbon on Feb. 15 and May 8.

Amanda Strabala, East Chestnut Street, reported Monday afternoon there was a Blazer again blocking the alley where she lives near McKinley Elementary. She said the person does this while picking up a child from school. Police arrived and advised the driver of the complaint.
