In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Michael J. Owen, 29, Winona Road, Winona, was fined $825, had his license suspended for six months, was sentenced to three days in jail and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and possession of marijuana. A speeding citation and drug paraphernalia charge were dismissed.

Chase Murphy Grogg, 22, South Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $725, had his license suspended for six months, was sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.

Edward Franklin Lee Pittman, 30, Ash Street, Salem, was fined $100 for failure to reinstate his license.

Dakota McCluskey, 21, East Main Street, Salineville, was fined $100 and required 50 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

Jimmy L. Coppersmith, 26, Boardman Street, New Waterford, was fined $130 for speeding and no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.

Charges of driving under suspension and use of an unauthorized plate was dismissed against Gabrielle L. Walker, 20, Poland, due to a Bureau of Motor Vehicles error.

A May 30 pretrial is set for Amber J. Goodman, 31, Vine Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking her husband, Doug Smith, in the forehead with a Rolling Rock bottle on Friday, causing him visible injury.

A May 30 pretrial is set for Britney S. Dermotta, 26, South Union Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly shoving her boyfriend and shoving a door open, which struck him and pushed him into a wall on Saturday.

A June 18 pretrial was set for Carl James Hunter, 26, West Main Street, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control, seat belt violation and open container.

A June 25 pretrial was set for Angela M. Woods, 18, Green Beaver Road, Canfield, cited with underage consumption during a traffic stop after police were looking for a vehicle matching her vehicle's description, which was reported as turning doughnuts in the Salem High School parking lot early Saturday. A June 25 pretrial was set for Bridgett M. Riley, 18, Allen Drive, Salem, also charged with underage consumption and who was the passenger in Woods' vehicle.

A July 2 pretrial was set for Charles L. Dorsey, 41, Erie Street, East Liverpool, charged with OVI first offense and no license.
