LISBON-Wendy Morgan-Runner, 37, died unexpectedly at home Friday, March 22, 2013.
Born Sept. 27, 1975 in Coquville, Ore., she was a daughter of Michael M. and Carol (Silbaugh) Morgan.

She is survived by her mother and father, both of Portland, Ore., her husband Freeman Albert Runner, III, a stepson, A.J. Runner, and a brother, Christopher Morgan.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Lisbon Ward.
Arrangements are by the Weber Funeral Home.
