Mary Louise Thrasher, 87

WELLSVILLE - Mary Louise Thrasher, 87, of Campground Road passed away Friday, March 22, 2013 at 10:56 a.m. at East Liverpool City Hospital following a lengthy illness.

Born Nov. 6, 1925 at Olive Hill, Ky., she was a daughter of the late G.A. and Bertha Fouch. She spent most of her lifetime in this area retiring from the former Bayley Envelope Company. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Wellsville.

Her husband, Kenneth Thrasher, whom she married Dec. 29, 1944, preceded her in death on Aug. 21, 1989.

She is survived by two daughters, Lin Reed and her husband, Robert of East Liverpool, and Cassie Ensinger and her husband, Ron of East Liverpool. There are two grandsons, Jeff Ensinger and his wife, Dina of Las Vegas, Nev., and Doug Ensinger and his wife, Julie of Guilford, Ind. In addition, she leaves behind four great-granddaughters, Katelyn, Kira, Bailey, and Taylor.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Betty Jo Reukauf; and one brother, Jack Fouch.

Friends may visit the family from 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the Dawson Funeral Home in East Liverpool. Pastor Mark Blakeley of the church will conduct a funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery in Wellsville.

Family and friends will gather at the Dawson Family Center immediately following the service at the funeral home.
