March 23, 2013
The Review

Police were asked by an ambulance crew to assist them at a home on North Market Street at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday, where a man who needed to be hospitalized was now refusing to go. An officer spoke with the man, who said he would go but he first wanted to roll his cigarettes. When told this was not possible, the man turned off the TV and lights and then finished his beer. The man then told police and the ambulance crew they were all nuts before getting into the ambulance and leaving.

The alarm at the Ohio Edison substation on Pritchard Avenue was reportedly going off at 8:36 a.m. Thursday.

Patsy Stuckey, Canal Street, Hanoverton, reportedly backed into another vehicle belonging to Allen D. Latshaw, West Washington Street, in the post office parking lot at 12:14 p.m. Thursday.
