The man then told police and the ambulance crew they were all nuts before getting into the ambulance and leaving.
The alarm at the Ohio Edison substation on Pritchard Avenue was reportedly going off at 8:36 a.m. Thursday.
Patsy Stuckey, Canal Street, Hanoverton, reportedly backed into another vehicle belonging to Allen D. Latshaw, West Washington Street, in the post office parking lot at 12:14 p.m. Thursday.
