Derrick F. Brown, 37, Columbia Street, Leetonia, and David A. Dennis, 35, Elkton West Point Road, Lisbon, were eastbound on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 6 a.m. March 13. Dennis stopped at the red light at the state Route 170 and Hadley Road intersection and and Brown failed to stop and struck Dennis and then went off the right side of the road.
Brenda S. Chase, 47, state Route 45, Wellsville, was northbound on state Route 45 in Madison Township at midnight Feb. 26 and went off the right side of the road, struck an embankment and went airborne into a utility pole. She was cited for failure to control and airlifted to Pittsburgh Allegheny Hospital with incapacitating injuries.
An unknown vehicle was northbound on Union Ridge Road in Middleton Township at 7 p.m. March 12 and went off the left side into a parked car and then fled.
Charlene H. Bess, 60, 7th Street, Wellsville, was westbound on Township Line Road in Madison Township at 10:15 p.m. March 15 and hit a deer.
Patrick Michael Ramirez, 45, Youngstown, was southeastbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 7:15 a.m. Monday and went off the east side of the road into a guardrail. He was cited for failure to control.
Nicole Marie McFarland, 21, West Wilson Street, Salem, was southbound on Lisbon Road in Salem at 9:50 a.m. Monday and went off the west side into a culvert and a barn. She was cited for failure to control.
Andrew D. Gros, 30, Texas, was eastbound on U.S. 30 in Hanover Township at 7:32 a.m. Monday and went left of center into a ditch and overturned. He was cited for failure to control.
Kateswararao Kaza, 74, Tomahawk Drive, Negley, was westbound on Carmel Achor Road in Middleton Township at 8:25 a.m. Monday and went off the north side into an embankment and rolled over. He was cited for failure to control.
Michael S. Fowler, 41, state Route 517, Lisbon, was eastbound on state Route 517 in Elkrun Township at 8:30 a.m. Monday and went off the right side into a tree. He was cited for failure to control.
Leslie L. McCammon, 31, Alliance, was northwestbound on Knox School Road in West Township at 12:32 a.m. Sunday and went left of center into an embankment and overturned into a ditch. She was cited for failure to control, OVI, driving under suspension and obstructing official business.
Johna R. Hess, 25, Alice Street, East Palestine, was westbound on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 9 a.m. Monday and slid off the south side of the road backwards and hit a mailbox and then went into a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.
Debi L. Benenson, 52, Santa Rose, Ca., entered U.S. 62 from a private drive in Knox Township at 4 a.m. Feb. 3 and was struck by an unknown vehicle hat was westbound. The other vehicle continued on.
Jacob T. Blatt, 23, New Martinsville, W.Va., and Andrew D. Landsberger, 21, state Route 14, East Palestine, were westbound on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 2:50 p.m. Monday and Blatt slowed for traffic and was struck by Landsberger. Landsberger was cited for assured clear distance.
