In Municipal Court Thursday, a domestic violence charge against Edward A. Gregory, 53, Boring Lane, was amended to assault, for which he was fined $150, sentenced to 180 days, 120 suspended, and placed on probation two years.
David J. Tudor, 34, Grant Street, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 65 suspended, and placed on probation two years for resisting arrest, with 26 hours of community service assigned in lieu of the fine. For OVI, he was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years. He was fined $65 for failure to control, with nine hours of community service assigned in lieu of the fine.
Brian M. Stowers, 25, Blakely Street, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days, 160 suspended, and placed on probation two years for assault.
On each of two counts of domestic violence, Brenston T. Thompkins, 18, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150, sentenced to 180 days, 150 suspended, and placed on probation three years.
