After being advised by city officers that a man had left East Liverpool City Hospital after taking two coats, township officers went to 6th Avenue, where they found Noah A. Davis, who was taken into custody by city police. Also taken into custody by township police was Michael A. Beaver, who was sitting at a kitchen table and had an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, officers reported seeing a plastic baggy containing a green leafy substance and a pill bottle containing blue pills, a digital scale and smoking devices. They said Teresa L. Davis came in and said the items were hers and that she used the green leafy matter for cancer treatment and that she had purchased the pills "off the street." Also present in the house was Jason Davis, who had an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody. When he was patted down, Jason Davis was reportedly found with a plastic bag of the green leafy material in his pocket. He was charged with possession of marijuana, and Teresa Davis was advised charges are pending against her. Ages and addresses for the people involved were not included in the report.
